Kashmir (highlighted by the brown circle) is less than 10% of the landmass of the former princely state of J&K, and holds less than 40% of total population…Only if someone could make the residents of Kashmir realize it…

do you feel we don’t realise it. even in this 10% of land we have almost 30% of that inhabited predominantly by pahadi and gojree speaking people

bhai, the Gojri and Pahari speakers of the valley as well as the Pandits and Sikhs fall in the marginalized category. The nasamaj group is the one that believes that leadership of J&K is the birthright of Kashmiri speaking community. Pakistani government plays major role in promoting the Kashmiri speakers as the ‘legitimate’ leaders of the entire J&K. People in Ladakh, GB, Poonch and Jammu don’t see it that way….
